DELIVERY NOTICE

We ship with Australia Post and Aramex (depending on your location), and we're based in Australia.

For Australian purchases, we ship from our Australian warehouses. However, please be aware that the shipping companies are currently experiencing delays due to the impact of COVID-19 on their systems. Additionally, due to social distancing measures, a signature is no longer required when receiving your order.

 

IS DELIVERY FREE?

We offer Free Delivery in Australia Wide with all orders for a limited time.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm AEST will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Please note that orders made through PayPal may require an additional 1-2 business days for processing. This is because PayPal transactions require additional verification and security checks to ensure the buyer and seller's safety and protection. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this process.

 

DELIVERY TIME

We ship all products within our 1-2 business day range to get your Healthy You purchase to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive your purchase within 4-8 business days of placing your order. The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company's workload.

If your order status says "Pending" or "Ready for Processing" after receiving your tracking number, it means that your order is being verified and prepared for delivery. If the status stays the same after a specific time frame, please reach out to us, and we'll gladly contact the postal service for a follow-up.
